PAYMENTS accepted are PayPal, Money Orders & Personal Checks. I ship when your payment clears.
POSTAGE will be given when I get your zip code at the end of the auction. I do not list shipping charges, as I charge actual shipping and it will vary on shipping locations. After the item is packed I will give you a choice of postage, Post Office, Priority, Parcel Post, Fed Ex and UPS and you can pick out the way you want the package sent.
HANDLING will be $ 3.00 = We combine auctions to save on postage.
RETURNS are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email to let us know you're returning it. We will refund your purchase price in full upon receiving the item in the same condition as when we shipped.
PROBLEMS? If your item arrives with any damage, please save the packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company.

I pack just about everything I sell, but for our more expensive items, I have them packed professionally. In shipping about 10,000 items, I have had only 3 items damaged in shipment - not due to poor packing.

Emma is is our service dog trained for hearing assistance. She goes everyplace with us. When Ebay Live (annual convension) was held in Orlando in 2003, Samalie (our first service dog) attended it with us. We made the news with Samalie and me Selling A BUG on ebay! I hope one of these days that Emma, Suzanne and I will be able to attend another Ebay Live.
